The selection of suitable candidates, tailored to the individual needs of the contractor, is carried out by the Human Capital Assessment Center. The Center evaluates skills, competencies, and professional predispositions of future employees in terms of:
based on work samples, conducted by an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, trainers, diagnosticians, and career advisors.
The comprehensive assessment of the future employee’s professional potential is based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) recommended by the World Health Organization. This assessment also determines the necessary support for entering the German labor market and the scope of specialized training enabling the acquisition of desired skills and qualifications.
Specialized training is conducted by a training center with the status of a non-public social functioning and rehabilitation facility, located in Otrębusy near Warsaw. The center has a hotel and training base for 70 people, where 2-4 week training courses are conducted to prepare future employees for work in external companies. For the needs of German contractors, an original training program has been developed to prepare employees for work abroad.

After completing the training cycle, employees selected in the recruitment process are placed under the care of Employment Coordinators in Germany. Their main task is to provide support in the workplace – for both contractors and employees – by monitoring and supporting during the induction period, providing care and assistance in problem-solving throughout the employment period, supervising work, establishing good relationships with the contractor, and documenting the activities carried out.
